EDLE 500 - Educational Leadership This course explores various leadership philosophies including transactional, transformational, servant, balanced and values, great-man, and moral. Students will also study the history of leadership, and ethical leadership practices. They will identify and define the various leadership roles within school districts, and apply these concepts to the development of a personal philosophy of leadership. This course is heavily research oriented, and will be examined across the domains of leadership, management, and risk management.Typically Offered Fall Only. Level: GR Credit Hours: 3
