HCSA 310 - Health Care Finance 2

This course introduces the theory of managerial planning for capital and operational budgeting in health care as well as the regulatory constraints related to capital expenditures. Students will have the opportunity utilizing Excel to prepare a capital budget proposal as well as to gain practical skills in operational budgeting preparation and related analysis.
