HSMG 305 - Convention Sales and Service Practical insight into the meetings and conventions industry. Markets that stage such events, site selection criteria, market mix optimization, and the selling methods used to reach industry professionals. Also study of the highly specialized areas of service that align with meetings and conventions; function rooms with meeting setups, food and beverage service, audiovisual requirements, admission systems, exhibits and trade shows, convention billing and post-convention review.
