MGMT 310 - Small Business Management


Learn the fundamentals of starting and operating a successful small business; beginning with the ideation of an entrepreneurial concept and evaluating its feasibility, through the business planning process, into the profitable operating stage. This course enhances entrepreneurial small business management knowledge and skills in such areas as entrepreneurial characteristics, ideation, strategy, marketing, accounting, finance, risk management, legal issues, and human resources.
