MGMT 315 - Entrepreneurial Strategy-Plan


Explore modern approaches to entrepreneurial strategy and planning. This course prepares students to recognize and test entrepreneurial opportunities, create viable business models and strategies, and assemble the necessary resources to launch an entrepreneurial venture. Aspiring serial entrepreneurs will be equipped with strategy and planning frameworks which allow them to approach entrepreneurial opportunities with a well-defined, repeatable process to evaluate and launch new business ventures.
