NURS 495 - Sr Capstone Leadersh Practicum

This course provides the student with a leadership practicum experience designed in collaboration with a faculty member, clinical representative, and student to be carried out in an appropriate health care or community based care setting. Students will integrate knowledge of evidence based practice, quality and safety initiatives and leadership to design, implement, and lead an interdisciplinary team project that will improve client outcomes. Typically Offered Fall and Spring.
