NURS 631 - Leadership Role for Nurs Admin This course is specifically designed for nursing graduate students who are pursuing the nurse executive or nurse administrator role. In this course, students will explore, examine, and analyze the role of the nurse leader in administrative or executive roles with a strong focus on organizational and systems leadership with the goal of improving patient and health care outcomes. Knowledge gained in this course will aid current and future nurse leaders in meeting the demands of changing patient care services within the entire spectrum of complex, adaptive, health care systems.
