NURS 825 - Healthcare Program Development Principles of communication, collaboration, resource allocation, quality and safety, excellence, and evidence-based decision making for best practices will be integrated for strategic program development, implementation, and evaluation for optimal micro systems of healthcare. Implementation models will be explored with evaluation of care systems. Tools for evaluation of program outcomes will be designed for quality and prospective system changes.
