Vinyasa yoga is a series of poses that will move you through the power of inhaling and exhaling. Vinyasa movements are smoothly flowing and almost dance-like. Vinyasa yoga is for every level of fitness since all the poses can be modified and advanced students can also be challenged. Typicaly offered Fall, Spring Summer.
