RMLS 180 - Rec Leadership-Supervision Identify and practice professionalism in leadership roles of recreational activity experiences in a variety of settings and populations using the theories and principles of face to face, supervisory, and administrative leadership in leisure and recreation services. Planning and interpersonal skills will be discussed and practiced in the context of these situations. Emphasis is on understanding of, need for, and implementation of sound leadership practices.
