RMLS 348 - Risk Mgmt for Leisure Services

Students learn to manage risk within leisure and recreation organizations through an understanding of negligence, tort, liability, and legislative history. Students learn how to offer quality leisure experiences with protection for participants and adequate safeguards under the law for leaders, administrators, and the organizations providing services.
