SPAN 150 - First-Year Spanish Review This course is designed as a fast-track, one-semester, first-year beginning Spanish review for students with prior experience in the language. Typically studied over two semesters, this course consolidates concepts to reinforce written and oral communication, as well as cultural and historical knowledge of the Spanish speaking world for preparation to advance to Intermediate Spanish through interactive activities that foster the acquisition of vocabulary and grammar concepts, as well as meaningful communication skills through authentic texts needed for day-to-day interactions with native speakers. This course meets General Education requirements: Global Consciousness; Cultural Enrichment and new Fall 2017 Global Diversity and Culture. Typically Offered Fall only. Level: UG Credit Hours: 4
