STQM 341 - Management Science Covers various concepts and techniques in quantitative approaches to decision making. Topics covered in-depth include the graphical and computer solution to linear programming, transportation and assignment problems, network models, project management using PERT/CPM, inventory models, waiting for line models and forecasting. Students completing this course are expected to identify and apply appropriate quantitative models and techniques to business situations.
