STQM 427 - Data Analytics-Healthcare Mktg The course covers statistical and data mining strategies to inform healthcare marketing plans in areas such as customer classification and segmentation; customer acquisition, retention, and recapture; customer (lifetime) value analysis; customer relationship management; market basket analysis; targeting, cross-selling, up-selling and sales forecasting. The course includes hands-on experience with knowledge-discovery value chain from business/marketing questions to data acquisition and preparation to analytics to information and knowledge.
