EAET 418 - Project Management

Students will be introduced to management principles for a major group-based project. This course specifically targets the senior capstone project, which follows these principles for success. Students will explore project definition, project specifications, Gant chart preparation, cost analysis, documentation, and presentations. Writen and oral reports are an integral part of this course.
