LDSP 410 - Case Study Development and Research Empowering future leaders, this course hones the ability to critically assess real-world organizational challenges and lead through informed decisions. Students will learn the art of researching and articulating case studies and teaching notes, emphasizing leadership responses to genuine problems. Key areas of focus encompass: leading through data-driven quantitative and qualitative research, formulating strategic solutions to organizational challenges, evaluating existing literature, and effectively applying theoretical concepts to drive organizational success.
