EDUC 570 - Teach-Learn Theories Classroom

Designed to provide the opportunity to implement advanced concepts of teaching and learning in the classroom. Emphasis will be placed on the assessment and evaluation of an effective learning environment; adapting instruction to meet individual needs and at-risk students; creating activities which motivate students and enable learners to retain information and transfer learning. The course will focus on the connection of learning theories to classroom practice as they relate to teaching and learning in a diverse classroom. Typically Offered Summer Only
