This course provides an introduction to health services administration. It explores the unique role of the administrator in the health care selling, the dual power structure in health care agencies, and the impact of the organization’s culture on the role of the administrator. It also includes the administrative roles of planning, inventory control, facility and equipment management, and productivity management, staffing and work distribution.
