SCWK 110 - Intro-Social Work Profession


This course will help to describe the various professional roles social workers assume, as well as the different settings in which they work. Students will begin initial self-exploration regarding implicit/explicit biases and their own guiding principles as compared to the profession’s NASW Code of Ethics. Career exploration for students who are undecided about program choice. Typically offered Spring and Fall.
