Undergraduate Certificate
The Certificate in Quality Leadership emphasizes quality systems and a managerial approach to quality. Topics include workplace conflict, ethical dilemmas, continuous improvement, customer service, aspects of lean manufacturing, quality audits, and quality planning tools such as failure mode and effect analysis (FMEA), and production part approval process (PPAP). Students will develop an understanding of quality systems and management and will increase value and employability in such areas as marketing, engineering, sales, human resources, and general management.
