ESPT 360 - Live Stream Interface Dsgn


In this course, students will learn and apply concepts and practices associated with User Interface Design. Students will develop interactive user interfaces for live streaming environments such as YouTube, Twitch, and Mixers. Emphasis is put on interfaces enabling interaction from the audience. Students will explore interactive elements in esports and Live Streaming environments such as user inputs for subscriptions, follows, donations, external links, gameplay drops, in-game overlays, social media , etc., which encourage audiences to interact with the streamer. Students will design and develop interactive screens, buttons, transitions, and various other interactive elements and demonstrate their application in their personal live streams as their final project. Typically offered Fall, Spring, Summer semesters.
