EXSI 310 - Methods of Fitness Assessment


This course offers an in-depth examination of the techniques and tools used to evaluate physical fitness and health-related fitness components. Students will gain knowledge and practical skills in conducting, analyzing, and interpreting a variety of fitness assessments, including those for cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength, muscular endurance, flexibility, and body composition.Typically offered in Spring.
