PFSL 361 - Sales Technology


This course introduces technology platforms and software applications used by sales professionals, including customer relationship management (CRM) software, web conferencing, presentation builders and other online tools to manage leads, track sales pipeline or generate sales reports to increase their personal productivity. Students will also identify trade key performance indicators and how industries establish metrics to drive performance. Typically offered in Fall and Spring
