ACCT 372 - Forensic Accounting II

Students will focus on the financial aspects of business disputes and fraud. This includes an overview of the legal aspects of disputes from an expert witness perspective, quantification of financial damage techniques in areas such as breach of contract, lost profits and breach of fiduciary duty. Additionally, students will examine issues unique to contracts between private companies and government entities. Offered Fall.
