ENGL 499 - Professional Writing Seminar

This course is designed to prepare students to enter the technical and professional writing professions. In this capstone course for the TPC/JTC program, students explore career options, prepare job search materials and strategies, and examine the ethics of technical and professional communication. The class results in a professional portfolio which demonstrates the culmination of work in past courses and readiness for graduation and professional life. Meets General Education Requirements for Collaboration and Problem Solving. Typically offered Spring.
