EAET 323 - Advanced Automation and Controls Advanced topics in PLC and process control. Includes an introduction to robotics, PID control, and the PC as a controller PLC topics include I/0 devices, timers, counters, arithmetic instructions, subroutines, and sequencer instructions. Students will be exposed to in-depth PLC control algorithms and proper documentation and code maintenance. Lab is an integral part of this course, which will reinforce the lecture topics with hands-on applications with real automation. Level: UG Credit Hours: 4
